IPKO Foundation is seeking for a Program Assistant Intern.
IPKO Foundation is a local operating foundation in Kosovo which goal is
to seed and support the development of the next generation of leaders with a digital vision for Kosovo.
IPKO Foundation major activities are focused in education, social tech activities and policy and advocacy. The main projects of Foundation include The Next Generation Scholarship Program, Wiki Academy Kosovo, Digital Kosovo, BarCamps, and App Camp. Foundation is also engaged in other projects where it acts as a co- partner.
Their internship offers the opportunity to:
- High quality day-to-day team work
- Engage in innovative, youth-driven projects
- Build relationships with IF community
- Expand professional network
- Gain new skills on managing and organizing events
- Learn working in different channels that IF uses during the project implementation
Responsibilities
- Administrative support to the organisation and staff
- Assist in IPKO Foundation initiatives/projects with all the necessary writing material
- Conduct Research
- Coordination of activities
- Logistic work for IF events
- Assistance in drafting, planning and implementation of project
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Be fluent in English
- Be open-minded and willingness to learn
- Have shaped teamwork, managerial and strong communication skills
- Relevant work experience in any company/organization in Kosovo is preferable
- Ability to commit 15 to 20 hour per week depending on availability
