So, we’re missing a LibreOffice dictionary for Albanian.

There is an Aspell, Ispell and Myspell dictionary here http://www.shkenca.org/k6i/

but LibreOffice uses Hunspell

If anyone wants to work on it, here is guidance https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/Dictionaries
