ham / amateur radio in Kosovo and other Balkan countries?

Hi all,

Last year the ham radio demo[1] at OSCAL was quite popular and I
proposed it as a booth again for 2018

Does anybody have any contacts with any individual radio amateurs or ham
radio clubs in Kosovo, Albania or other Balkan countries?

I can only bring small pieces of equipment on the flight but if somebody
who lives in the region can bring larger equipment there are more
possibilities for transmitting.
