might finally be useful to you.
To summarize, you may be able to open an Estonian bank account without going to
Estonia. You would still need to apply for Estonian e-Residency, get accepted,
and then go to an Estonian embassy to pick up your digital identity card.
It looks like the easiest embassy would be Turkey.
